Credit Rating Downgrade For Parts of Europe as Americans Fight Their Debt

Bankruptcy signFrance’s “AAA” credit rating has been lowered to “AA” a move deemed as “bad news” according to Sarkozy’s own finance minister. European officials had been warned that several countries in the Eurozone could face a downgrade.

15 members of the European union were put on review for a possible downgrade as the debt crisis in the region worsens. Anxious investors left stocks on Friday in the red in preparation for the looming downgrade and its unpredictable effects.

America is no stranger to the effects of downgrading as in mid 2011 the U.S. lost its esteemed “AAA” credit rating affecting its standing in the global markets despite pleas to S & P to reconsider.

American consumers are trying harder than ever to reduce debt and many are leaving traditional non-profit debt resolution services for attorney-based paths to financial freedom.

Veronica P. has finally found freedom in her finances thanks to the Morgan Drexen supported Barnes Law Firm based in Georgia. “I had a team working with me that was very professional, knew the law and knew what my rights were, and I’m glad about that,” admits Veronica. After starting her own business Veronica realized that there were times when financial ends did not meet.

“There are needs that the business had and from time to time when the needs arose there was not always that cash flow. Plus interest rates were extremely high.” Veronica says of the attorney-based debt resolution program, “They handled it for me and it was so smooth. They would give me current updates. Monthly reports and monthly statements.”

Monthly statements and access to accounts using effective documentation automation provided by Morgan Drexen allows attorneys to be far more efficient. Morgan Drexen currently supports more than 69 law firms throughout North America. Through their investment in technology and automation the attorneys they support have the ability to save the consumer time and effort.

“Finally I can concentrate on the law and not on paperwork,” says Nancy Quackenbush, an attorney licensed in Illinois and Missouri. “Morgan Drexen helps me run my law firm by keeping me organized; everything is in one place and that allows me to take on more clients,” concludes Quackenbush.
